The Controller takes actions pursuant to the provisions of the law governing contracts and provision of services, which meets the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), among others Article 6(1)(a) and (b), and Article 9(2)(a), and the act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection (Official Journal of the Republic of Poland 2018.1000 as amended).
Information constituting your personal data is used by the Controller solely for the purposes related to:
placing orders by customers and their fulfilment and any actions preceding them;
performance of contracts concluded in any form (including at a distance) and any actions preceding the conclusion of a contract;
direct marketing of own products and services.
Your personal data are processed by the Controller manually and automatically, in particular for the purpose of communicating about products and handling orders, as well as for the purpose of executing concluded contracts. If you do not provide your personal data, there is a risk that the Controller will not be able to sell you its products or it will be difficult to do so.

Withdrawing the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has been carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal. Camera straps are hand crafted on an ongoing basis. Order processing time is within 5-8 business days unless otherwise noted. A notification will be emailed to the customer in case of an order processing delay. All payments are securely processed by PayPal. Credit/debit cards may be used as well via PayPal.
